Prices

Please note:

• all prices are based on a 7-night stay, with a Saturday changeover preferred.
• a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder to be paid six weeks before arrival.
• prices do not include a security deposit of £150, which will be added at the time of final payment, and refunded at the end of your stay if there is no significant damage to the property.

If you would like to stay for less than a week, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will confirm a price to you depending on your length of stay.

ANY CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS WILL BE GIVEN A FULL REFUND.
